Currently there are three (optimizations) interfaces you can use to access eFAD. Please choose one of the links below, see IMPORTANT note above.
If you are looking for eFAD2Go, you must login to the PC (#1) interface above. Once logged in click the eFAD2Go link located in the bottom right of the screen.
Notes: username & password are case-sensitive, please contact us if you're having problem logging in or would like us to change your username or password. If your account has expired and would like a one-time extension to re-evaluate eFAD, contact us and we will be happy to add 30-days to your account!
