Due to the nature of software and availability of trial versions for our products, any software
purchased on our site may not be returned for a refund. The only exception to this rule applies to
our subscription services (such as eFAD or PalmPlates). If you are in a subscription period and wish
to cancel you may receive a pro-rated refund (minus any iSilo license fee).
