How do I determine what version of the Pocket PC OS I am running?
How do I tell what version of Windows Mobile or Pocket PC software my handheld is running?
1. On your Pocket PC click on Start | Settings | System | About
2. The first line will show the version number.
What do the versions mean?
- 3.0.0 is Pocket PC 2000
- 3.0.1.x is Pocket PC 2002
- 4.20.x is Pocket PC 2003
- 4.21.x is Pocket PC 2003-SE
- 5.0.x is Windows Mobile 5.0 |
