What is iSilo and How do I Install iSilo? What is iSilo? iSilo is the viewer application we use to compress our data for use with eFAD2Go and PalmPlates. By using iSilo we are able to offer our products on many platforms (operating systems), including Palm OS, Pocket PC, Windows Mobile Smartphone, Symbian and more. When you purchase a eFAD or PalmPlates license we will provide you with an iSilo license. How do I Install iSilo? Installing iSilo is simple. All you need to know is the platform of device you are using. For example: if you have a Dell Axim you are using a Pocket PC, if you have a Treo 650 you are using a Palm device, if you are using a Motorola Q then you are using a Smartphone. Some companies are now making devices that support multiple operating systems. For example, Palm now has a Treo 700P and 700W the P is used to designate Palm and the W denotes Windows Pocket PC.
