Why are time-zones NOT shown on some entries?
eFAD provides time-zone information in one of two ways:
a. time-zones are provided to us via the DAFIF database
b. time-zones are calculated based on state where the airport or NAVAID is located. States that span multiple time-zones (such as Texas) AND are NOT provided in the DAFIF database will NOT be shown. Time Zones that contain a * entry are calculated using method (b). |
