I forgot my password and URL, what do I do?
The URLs can be found on the Login Information page. Note you must have a valid eFAD username and password before you can access this page.
You can also sign-up for eFAD if you don't have a user login.
 If you have already signed up for eFAD and have forgotten your password, username or URL, use the password resend feature to send you your information. |
