Why is Norton Internet Security blocking eFAD?

If you are attempting to use eFAD and are using Norton Internet Security (or Norton Personal Firewall) you might notice that some of the pages or images are blank. This is being caused by the fact that our internet address (URL) for eFAD contains a string with the letters "a" and "d". For some reason Norton is thinking this might be some sort of advertising website. We don't have any advertising on our website.

To resolve this problem follow these instructions found in Step 2 on the guide and allow (permit) access to www.pspda.com
