Once you have subscribed to the PalmPlates download service, you will need to download the plates from our site. This process is web-based so it will work on a Mac or PC. To get started follow the instructions below.
- Go to the PalmPlates download page (this will be emailed to you).
- Login using your First Name and Email Address.
- Click the "Check Status" button
- Once validated click the "Download Databases" link.
- Next, choose the plates you wish to download. In this example I am going to download NE-1, NE-2, and NE-3.
- After selecting volumes, scroll to the bottom and click the "Build ZIP" button.
- Once you have clicked the Build ZIP button (and it completes) another screen will appear with detailed download instructions.
